- 2 lb Boneless stew or possibly chuck
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can 7-Up
- 1 c. Rice
- 1 pkt Onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. Cooking wine
Direcciones
- Spread meat into small roaster pan. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Then add in mushroom soup, 7-up mixed with wine and mushrooms (in which order). Place in oven, covered, for 2 hrs at 375*. Serve over rice
