- 1 x navel orange peeled and sectioned freeze segments for at least 3 hrs
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 2/3 c. frzn blueberries
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk

- Puree the fruit in a food processor or possibly blender, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add in the lowfat milk and process till well blended.
