Receta Easy Broccamole

Ingredientes
- Stems and stalks from one bunch of broccoli, washed, ends removed. About 2 c. when finely minced. (if they are real tough I would peel and perhaps blanch before chopping)
- 2 tsp Fresh lime or possibly lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Garlic salt (fresh would be even better)
- 1 Tbsp. Warm taco sauce ,or possibly to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 med Tomato, finely minced Cilantro for garnish, if you like
Direcciones
- Place broccoli stems and stalks in a food processor with a metal blade inserted, and process till finely minced. Add in lime or possibly lemon juice, garlic salt, taco sauce, onion and tomato. Pulse three or possibly four times to incorporate. Garnish with cilantro, if you like.
- Note: If you do not have a processor you can grate broccoli.
