Ingredientes
- 1 x 9" Crumb Pie Crust
- 12 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar till soft and creamy; beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour into crust.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till center jiggles slightly when pan is gently shaken (center will set upon standing). Transfer pan to a wire rack. Let cold completely, then cover with wax paper and chill for at least 8 hrs or possibly till next day. Cover and chill any remaining pie after serving.
