Receta Easy Cheesy Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp. melted shortening
Direcciones
- Combine meal, flour and sugar in bowl. Add in grated cheese and blend. Add in lowfat milk, egg and shortening and stir till thoroughly blended. Fill warm, greased muffin pans about 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 min. Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
