- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes with their juice
- 3-4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound reduced-fat sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Cooked brown rice for serving
