Receta Easy Chicken and Veggie Salad
This salad is just the same as the usual chicken salad which I combine with some leafy greens to make a complete and sumptuous salad.
Ingredientes
- 1 whole chicken breast (deboned, grilled, and sliced into strips))
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 small apple (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1 teaspoom honey mustard (optional)
- 10 leaves of lettuce (different kinds is good)
- 1 big tomato (sliced)
- 1 small cucumber (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix the salad dressing, celery, green onions, mustard, and season until it fits your taste palette.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a wide platter.
- Top with the cooked chicken breast in the center.
- Arrange the tomatoes, apple, and cucumber on the side.
- Pour in the salad dressing on a small bowl or all over the chicken breast.
- Serve.
