Ingredientes
- 30 red tomatoes
- 6 apples, peeled & cored
- 6 pears, cut up, skins removed
- 6 peaches, scald & remove skins
- 6 onions, minced
- 2 red peppers
- 1 big bunch celery, minced
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 1 box mixed spices, tie in cheese cloth & float
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in large pan and cook slowly 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Seal in sterilized jars.
