- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Heat butter slowly in heavy saucepan. Add in other ingredients except vanilla and boil 3 min. Add in vanilla and cold. Beat to spreading consistency and spread.
