Receta Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 jar peanut butter
- Merckens lowfat milk chocolate melting wafers (in bulk dept.)
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate wafers in microwave on low temperature or possibly in double boiler over low heat on stove. Spread peanut butter generously on a cracker, dip in melted chocolate and set on wax paper to dry. Keep in cold place. Optional: Dark chocolate wafers also can be used if preferred. Yield: 4 dozen.
