Ingredientes
- 2 env DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping Mix
- 2 3/4 c. Cool lowfat milk, divided
- 2 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 c. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut toasted
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans, (optional)
- 1 x 9-inch baked pastry shell cooled
Direcciones
- BEAT whipped topping mix and 1 c. of the lowfat milk in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 6 min or possibly till topping thickens and forms peaks.
- Add in remaining 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk and pudding mixes; blend on low speed. Beat on high speed 2 min, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in coconut and pecans. Spoon into pastry shell.
- Chill at least 4 hrs or possibly till set. Garnish with additional toasted coconut, if you like. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
