Receta Easy Creole Potato Salad
Ingredientes
- 6 Yukon gold potatoes, cooked
- 1-2 T Creole mustard
- 1/2 T sweet relish
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1/2 stalk celery. minced
- mayo to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped chives and parsley
Direcciones
- Cook and let cool, then peel potatoes.
- Quarter them and mix with all other ingredients.
- Chill before serving
