  • 3 lb pork roast - (to 4 lbs) (shoulder, butt, fresh picnic)
  • 1 lrg onion
  • 4 x garlic cloves - (to 6) sliced Your favorite barbecue sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork roast in skillet with a small amount of oil. Peel and slice 1 large onion. Place 1/2 onion in bottom of crockpot. Put roast in crockpot and add in 1/2 to 3/4 c. water. Add in rest of onion and the garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. Remove meat, and let cold sufficient to handle. Throw away onion and juices in crockpot. Tear roast into small pcs. Put back in crockpot and add in barbecue sauce (till juicy - as much as you like). Cook on LOW 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till flavors are blended.
  3. Serve on buns.
