Add a photoThis is an easy homemade recipe from another mom. You can put in your own twist. I change cake flavors sometimes.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 250g butter (room temp)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 custard powder
- 1 cup milk
Direcciones
- Pre heat oven to 160°C
- Pour all ingredients in the mixer until all are combined.
- Pour into a lined deep square tin. (23-25cm deep)
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Check if the cake is set with a toothpick.
- Chill for about 15mins then cut and serve.
