- 1 x Cucumber (medium)
- 2 x Garlic cloves, peeled Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Use an unwaxed garden cucumber; wash, but do not peel.
- Slice it into food processor bowl. Add in garlic.
- Process with pulse motion just till coarsely minced.
- Empty mix into filter-lined coffee cone to drain, for one hour or possibly more. Season to taste.
- Makes approximately 1 c., under 5 calories per Tbsp..
