Ingredientes
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce.) cans chick peas (garbanzos), liquid removed
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Pita bread, cut into eighths
- Extra virgin olive oil to cover
Direcciones
- Puree all ingredients except bread in blender or possibly processor. (Can be prepared one day ahead. Cover and chill). Transfer to bowl. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over top and blend. Serve with pita bread.
