Receta Easy Meatless Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- 8 ounce. (9 pcs) lasagne, uncooked
- 1 3/4 c. (15 ounce.) part skim Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. (12 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Heat spaghetti sauce and water in pan. Combine Ricotta, 2 c. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and parsley. Season to taste. Pour 3/4 c. sauce in 13"x9" dish; arrange 3 pcs uncooked pasta over sauce. Pour 1/2 c. sauce over pasta; spread with 1/2 cheese mix. Cover with 1/2 c. sauce. Repeat layers. Top with pasta and remaining sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; bake at 375 degrees for 60 min. Sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, let stand 10 min.
