Receta Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
- Dash salt
- 1/2 c. minced pecans (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- MICROWAVE METHOD: In 1 qt microwave dish put together chips with sweetened lowfat milk. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 min; stir till chips heat and mix is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate about 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.If want, substitute 12 oz package Nestle's Semi-Sweet chocolate chips for the Reeses Peanut Butter Chips to make chocolate fudge. Make according to directions above with the rest of the ingredients.
