Receta (Easy) Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1 pound of butter
- 2 lbs. of peanut butter, creamy or possibly crunchy
- 2 lbs. of confectionery sugar
Direcciones
- Heat butter at low to medium heat. Don't boil. Blend in peanut butter till both are melted, add in 1 tsp vanilla and mix, now add in confectionery sugar. Stir till all sugar is well blended. Spread out in a lightly buttered jelly roll pan or possibly for thick fudge put a mix in a 9 x 13 pan. This recipe can be halved or possibly quartered.
