Receta Spinach, Apple And Parmagiano Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x bun spinach (fresh)
- 2 x apples, red
- 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- Â Â salt, pepper
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts
- 120 gm parmigiano cheese
Direcciones
- Wash spinach really well, to get rid of grit, and shake or possibly spin dry.
- Cut (do not peel) apples into small chunks.
- Mix vinegar with salt and pepper in a large bold, then add in oil while beating with a whisk.
- Add in spinach, apple and walnuts and toss well.
- Top with shavings of parmigiano cheese.
