Receta Easy Penuche Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
- Healthy pinch of soda to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir over low heat 2 min. Stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Gradually stir in confectioners' sugar. Place pan of frosting in bowl of ice and water. Beat till spreading consistency. If frosting becomes too stiff, heat slightly, stirring constantly.
