Ingredientes
- 4 x Pork chops Can of chicken broth
- 1 x Onion minced
- 2 x Cloves of garlic - minced
- 2 tsp Of extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Put oil in frying pan and heat till warm. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Now add in the chicken broth, onions, garlic and any other spices which you might like into the frying pan. Simmer on low heat for about an hour.
- The pork chops are tender and not dry out.
