  2. COMBINE SOUP, Lowfat milk AND WATER IN SAUCEPAN. Add in DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER AND SALT. HEAT, STIRRING. CRUMBLE BACON AND Add in TO SOUP ALONG WITH THE ONION. CONTINUE HEATING UNTI BUBBLY. GARNISH WITH PAPRIKA.
