- 1/4 teaspoon grnd white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 pound red snapper fillets
- Lime slices
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Arrange fish fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high for 6 to 8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Rearrange fish halfway through cooking. Garnish with lime slices. Yield: 4 servings. Serving size: 1/4 recipe.
