Receta Easy Scalloped Potatoes #2
Good dish for weeknight or holidays. Add other things like chopped bacon or ham.
Ingredientes
- 4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 C or more grated cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- half-and-half">half and half-and-half">half to cover potatoes (depends on baking dish size)
- garnish: chopped parsley
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place peeled and sliced potatoes in a small baking dish.
- Mix in half the cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour half and half on top and completely cover the potatoes.
- Bake 45 minutes, the top with the rest of the cheese, and bake another 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle on parsley before serving.
