  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 c. cooked rice (2/3 c. raw)
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce.) jar tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 c. of sauce. Pile mix into peppers in large baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover tightly and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till peppers are tender, basting occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
