Receta Easy Summer Cabbage Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1 sm head green cabbage cut into chunks
- 4 stalk celery cut into chunks
- 3 x carrots in bite-sized chunks
- 1 x green pepper in bite-sized chunks
- 1 x red pepper in bite-sized chunks
- 1/2 c. toasted Sesame Seeds optional
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pch salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Direcciones
- Combine cabbage, celery, carrots, the peppers, and optional sesame seeds. Mix oil, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Toss the dressing well with the salad ingredients to blend.
- Salad "holds" and keeps for up to 3 days if refrigerated.
