Receta Creamy Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1 lb red cabbage cored, quartered, and thinly sliced
- 1 sm red onion very thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon (or possibly 1 tspn dry tarragon)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 pkt sugar substitute Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine cabbage and onion. In small bowl, mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, vinegar and sugar substitute. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in dressing to cabbage mix and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. (May be made up to 1 day ahead). Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: To turn this into a light lunch, add in 4 ounces of sliced baked ham to each serving.
