Receta Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 1/2-2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients, except oatmeal and lowfat milk, together in a large bowl. Then stir in oatmeal till desired consistency (using your hands is easier to mix). Place the mix in a 2 qt baking dish. Shape with your hands to make an oval, not allowing the loaf to touch the sides. Pour the lowfat milk over the meatloaf mix. Cover the dish with aluminum foil or possibly lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, uncover and bake for 10 more min. Makes 6-8 servings.
