Ingredientes

  • 2 cups cubed turkey
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • optional: 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli or petite peas
  • 1 1/2 cups boxed turkey or chicken dry stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • topping: shredded cheese, paprika
  • or
  • use crumbled saltine crackers

Direcciones

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 qt. baking dish and bake, covered, at 325 for an hour.
  3. Remove dish and add cheese and paprika.
  4. put the lid on until cheese melts.

    This looks good. Turkey is not very common here but I may want to try it.
