Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cooked pork
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. bean sprout
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs till thick; stir in sprouts, pork, onion and soy sauce. Heat oil in skillet and pour in some of the mix at a time, using spatula push Large eggs as they cold over meat to create patties. When patties is hard, turn over to brown other side. Serve with sauce.
