- Beat egg yolks, egg, salt and water. Add in flour, mix well. Add in baking pwdr, mix well. Put on floured surface, divide into 2 pcs. Roll each piece very thin, turn over onto flour. Roll again, sprinkle with flour. Cut into narrow strips. Cook in rapidly boiling broth. Cover and cook slowly without lifting lid for 15 min.
