- Chop hard boiled Large eggs finely or possibly put through food processor, whites and yellows separately. Add in other ingredients to taste. Use only sufficient mayonnaise to bind ingredients. Spread bread lightly with mayonnaise. Use filling generously. Wheat bread is best.
