Receta Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Chicken stock
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 c. uncooked noodles
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Add in chicken, celery, onion and seasoning to stock.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add in noodles. Cover and cook till noodles are almost tender (5 - 10 min).
- Mix flour with small amount of lowfat milk till smooth. Add in remaining lowfat milk.
- Stir into soup.
- Cook to desired thickness.
