Receta Eggplant Toast
Ingredientes
- 400 grams of onions, sliced
- 1 kg eggplant, cut into small cubes
- 1 pouch Del Monte Sweet style spaghetti sauce (1kg)
- 80 pcs sliced bread
- 400 grams cheese, coarsely grated
Direcciones
- Saute onions and eggplants. Add spaghetti sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Heat frying pan. Spread every 2 tbsp of mixture on 40 slices of bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover each slice with another slice of bread. Toast in pan over low heat until brown on both sides or until cheese melts.
