Ingredientes
- 1 sm Box Jello cook & serve, chocolate pudding pwdr
- 1/2 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Self-rising flour
- 4 x Egg whites, beat til stiff with 1 healthy pinch Salt in 1-1/2 quart. bowl
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 ounce Applesauce
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda

- In medium mixing bowl combine Jello pwdr, dry lowfat milk, cocoa, sugar and flour. Set aside. With electric mixer, beat alternately into the egg white mix a c. at a time with the vanilla, applesauce and baking soda, that have been mixed together.
- Beat 2 min after last addition. Divide batter equally between 12 paper-line cupcake wells. Bake at 350 degrees about 18-20 min or possibly till tester comes out clean. Cold in pan on wire rack 10 min then remove.
