  • 1 can english peas drained
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup mixed color bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar ( I like apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Small Dice onions and celery. Boil sugar and vinegar until dissolved, add oil and stir.
  2. Turn heat off and add all other ingredients. Mix. Place in a jar and refrigerate over night before eating.
