Ingredientes
- 4 slc Slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Flour Minced onion to taste
- 1 c. Half and half
- 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn peas, cooked, liquid removed
- 1 can (4-ounce) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Cook bacon till crisp. Drain, reserving drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Saute/fry onion in bacon drippings and pour off excess fat. Add in butter and flour to skillet, blending well; add in Half and Half. Cook over slow heat till smooth and thick. Stir constantly. Add in peas and mushrooms; sprinkle with bacon.
