Receta fall off the bone chicken
Ingredientes
- 4 leg quarters
- 1 can chunk pineapple
- 4 med. size potatoes
- 1 can cooked carrets
- 1 large sweat onion
- 1 scotch bonnet
- 1 12oz. can of mountain dew
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs thyme
Direcciones
- in a large 13x9 bakeing dish
- combine chicken peaces-1 can of mountain dew-cubed potatoes
- cubed onion-garlic-chopped scotch bonnet(use rubber gloves)
- put in the can of cooked carrets (dont worry they wont turn into mush)salt and pepper to taste
- place pineapples and thyme on top(all the flavor will run down on to the ckicken and potatoes)
- fill all most to top with water,cover with alum. foil
- cook at 325 for 3 to 4 hrs. are until chicken bones pull out freely
- enjoy
