Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb boneless country-style pork ribs - (to 3 lbs)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lrg onion quartered, and sliced 1/4" to 1/2" thick
- 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 dsh black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seed
Direcciones
- Trim off excess fat from ribs. In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to the crockpot. Place onion slices over ribs. Combine all sauce ingredients; pour proportionately over ribs and onions. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
