  1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese till smooth. Beat in the melted chocolate and vanilla and combine well. Stir in the walnuts.
  2. Pour the batter into an 8 inch square baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill the fudge till hard. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  3. Makes about 60 1 inch pcs.
