Receta Favorite Peach Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 can Lowfat evap. lowfat milk (12-ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 3 x Ripe med. peaches, peeled, Pitted, quartered
- 1/2 c. Half and half
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in evaporated lowfat milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly; cook 1 minute longer. Set aside to cold. In blender or possibly food processor fitted with metal blade, finely chop peaches. Combine minced peaches, cooled lowfat milk mix and half and half. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
