Receta Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts
Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oregano (dried)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 slices goats feta cheese
- 4 slices bacon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a small bowl combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour oil mixture over chicken.
- Stuff each chicken breast with 1 slice feta cheese and 1 slice bacon.
- Wrap each piece of chicken in another piece of bacon
- Secure open sides with toothpicks.
- Bake uncovered at 30 to 35 minutes.
