Receta Fettuccine With Shrimp Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb fettuccine noodles
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Combine chicken broth, wine and marjoram in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add in shrimp and cook for about a minute till shrimp starts to turn pink. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Bring broth mix to a boil and allow it to boil for about 15 min till it is reduced to about one-half c.. Meanwhile cook fettuccine according to package directions. Combine cornstarch and lowfat milk, pour into broth mix, and then stir till mix becomes thick. Add in cheese and stir till cheese melts. Add in shrimp and heat through. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles.
- Note: Slimmers -: We made this over the weekend and it was great. We used low fat chicken broth, lowfat milk and cheese.
