Receta Fiery Jalapeno Artichoke Spread

Ingredientes
- 14 ounce Artichoke Hearts, Coarsely Minced
- 4 ounce Green Chiles, Diced
- 2/3 c. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dry Thyme
Direcciones
- Preheat the broiler. Drain the artichoke hearts and peppers. In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, peppers, cheese, mayonaise and thyme. Stir till well combined. Thinly spread the artichoke mix over the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 5 min, till the dip is heated through and golden on top. Serve warm.
