Receta Fiesta Tortilla Stack 6 8 Servings

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. minced, fresh, cilantro (also called coriander or possibly Chinese parsley), if available
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pkt (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 can (7 ounces) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 1 doz 8-inch flour tortillas Cherry tomatoes
- 1 sm head lettuce
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl combine chicken, mayonnaise, cilantro and salt. In a separate small bowl combine cream cheese liquid removed corn and taco seasoning mix. Place 2 flour tortillas, one on top of other. Spread with 1/3 of chicken mix, then two tortillas and corn mix. Continue till mixtures are used up.
- Refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs to develop flavors. Remove from refrigerator half an hour before serving. Garnish with tomatoes and serve on a bed of lettuce.
