- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (maybe 1/2 teaspoon of dry if you can’t find fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
