Receta Fig & Prosciutto Salad
Ingredientes
- 4-6 fresh figs
- Sliced prosciutto
- Aged Balsamic vinegar
- Candied pecans (for garnish)
- black pepper (to taste)
Direcciones
- Slice figs and place on a plate. Slice or tear prosciutto into strips and lay onto the sliced figs, and drizzle with good aged balsamic vinegar. Garnish with candied pecans and add fresh ground pepper.
