Receta Fish With Tomatoes

- 3 x Cloves garlic Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Sole filets Tomatoes
Direcciones
- Plunge tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds, then remove, cold and peel. Chop them finely. Add in the garlic (I slice mine but many prefer to mince it) and the spices. Pour 3/4 of this into a lightly oiled baking dish, top with the fish, sprinkle with the lemon juice and cover with the remaining tomato mix. Bake at 350F for 30 min, check the fish for flakiness and, if it's not done, bake it in 10 minute increments till it's nicely cooked through.
