Receta Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
Ingredientes
- desired amount of Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon whole lowfat milk
- thinly sliced white American cheese (if you like)
Direcciones
- Butter the pan and heat till the butter melts. Pour egg yolks into a bowl and scramble into a liquid (must be completely yellow). Combine lowfat milk with Large eggs and scramble till mixed.
- When the butter is melted in the pan, add in Large eggs and stir.
- Stop for 5 seconds and stir again. When you see little scrambled Large eggs in the pan, add in cheese (cut up) and stir till no liquid is in the pan (all scrambled).
- Serve and enjoy.
